Philip Davenport – Principal

Philip began his insurance career with the Farm Bureau family of companies in 1990. Quickly establishing himself as a professional, Philip was promoted to Associate Manager in 1993. Realizing that he could better assist his growing customer base as an independent agent, Philip set up and began operations of Davenport Insurance Solutions LLC in 2009.

Philip lives in Elgin, SC with his family. When Philip is not writing insurance he loves playing guitar. His son Mathew is an accomplished percussionist and they enjoy playing together as often as they can. Philip is also a grandfather and loves visiting with his children and grandchildren.

Douglas Bearden, Sr. – Agent

Doug began his insurance career many years ago when he established The Bearden Agency with American Nation Insurance. After several years with ANPAC, Doug also decided he could better serve his clients as an independent agent and joined Davenport Insurance Solutions in 2010. Doug specializes in the personal insurance segment. Doug can shop for your personal insurance among 7 or 8 highly rated insurance companies represented by Davenport Insurance Solutions.

Doug resides in Lexington, SC with his wife Brenda. Doug and Brenda love spending time with their children and grandchildren.
